This website is run by Green Horizon Biowaste Private Limited (CIN U38220UP2024PTC207540, GSTIN 09AALCG4272C1ZL), registered office at Karnawal, Sardhana, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. In this policy, “GHBPL”, “we” and “us” mean the company. For anything about your personal data, write to info@greenhorizonbiowaste.in.
What we collect when you contact us
Our enquiry, consultation and supplier forms ask for your name, company, phone number, email, location, the materials you want to sell or buy and any message you add. When you press the button, these details go securely to our CRM (the customer-management system on our own server), together with the page you were on and your IP address, which we keep to stop spam and misuse. If our CRM cannot be reached, your email app opens with the same details instead; the “Send on WhatsApp” button sends them through WhatsApp. Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages you send us directly are handled the same way.
What is collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from (city or country level), the type of device and browser, and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart; it does not give us your name, email or phone number. Like any website, our server also keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations; to register suppliers and vendors; to schedule liftings and deliveries; to issue rate confirmations, load sheets, GST invoices and payment advice; to keep the records that tax, EPR and waste-management rules require; and to improve this website. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us run the business or whom the law requires: our email and hosting providers, Google (for Analytics), WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to contact us there, transport and recycling partners where a specific lifting needs it (for example, for a manifest or a recycling certificate), and government authorities when we are legally obliged to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted when they are no longer needed. Records linked to a lifting, invoice or compliance filing are kept for as long as the applicable law requires (for example, GST and EPR record-keeping periods). Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Analytics account.
Your choices and rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to info@greenhorizonbiowaste.in with the subject “Personal data” — this address also handles grievances. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on; the site works fully without them.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
